How To Get It:

The Premium Data Sets are available as part of the MapQuest Platform Enterprise API.
(1.) New and existing customers will need to sign-up for a Developer License which gives you access to the complete MapQuest Platform libraries and sample code for developing and prototyping your mapping solution.
(2.) Call your MapQuest sales representative and ask for access to the Premium Data Set package.
