Reverse Geocode not returning values in an urban area (St. Augustine Beach, Florida)

We're attempting to do a reverse geocode with the following URL:

http://www.mapquestapi.com/geocoding/v1/reverse?key=XXXXXX&location=29.8...

However, MapQuest is not returning results for this area.   The map on www.mapquest.com indicates this lat-lng is near the intersection of Coquilina BLVD and D or E Streets.    Reverse geocoding from OSM and Google return a structure near that intersection.    I understand the degrees of precision for the lat-lng is way more than what is actually needed, but reducing to 6 decimal places doesn't help.  Can you explain why the reverse geocode failed?

I get a block level result for that lat/lng. I get address values for the neighboring blocks. It look like that one block is missing the range. I'm reporting this to our data provider to fix in a future data update. Thanks for the heads up.

Thank you.  Our customer is asking when it will be fixed.  What's the typical turnaround time for the data provider to fix this and MapQuest to use the updated data?

Data updates happen on a
Data updates happen on a quarterly basis and new data usually takes 6-9 months to show up in the reverse geocoder.
